When you place an order, you agree to all of the following policies: 

Please read each item description CAREFULLY as it contains information you may have questions for. 

 
Production/turnaround time

Our current production/turnaround time is 1-2 weeks. This is before and does not include shipping time frames. 

Shipping is an additional 2-7 business days depending on your location and how fast you chose to ship. We ship via USPS.
This is for domestic orders only. 

International Orders:

Shipping timeframes ranges from 2-8 weeks
Customer is responsible for all Customs, Import Taxes & Duties/VAT fees. 
We are not responsible for any delays due to customs. 

 

Do you accept Returns? Cancellations? 

We do not accept any returns and refunds due to the nature of our products. All sales are final. 
Please contact us within 48 hours if you need to cancel your order. 

We reserve the right to cancel any order at anytime for any reason. 

 

How do your sizes run?  

In general, they run true to size. If your baby is a little chunkier, please order a size up. If you have any questions or prefer us to custom make your outfit according to measurements, feel free to contact us. 

 

What kind of payment is accepted?

We accept PayPal, and all major credit cards through our direct checkout.
All payments paid through Paypal must clear before we can start on your order. 


Lost, Stolen, Damaged mail

We will not be held responsible for any lost, stolen, and or damaged packages caused by the mail carrier. Should you have any problems, please contact us.

 

Insurance, Signature Confirmation

All orders are ship with tracking. Insurance and signature confirmation can be added at your request. All express mail includes signature confirmation. 

 

Shipping & Handling

We ship from Aurora, Illinois. Monday- Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. 


Order Status: 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from us with your tracking number. You may use that number to track your package through USPS or directly from the email. 

If you're having trouble with your tracking number, please contact USPS. 

 

Rush Order: 

If you need your order to be rushed and or if you need it by a certain date, please contact us before making a purchase. We may or may not be able to fulfill the order for you.
